Janice Holifield
Preschool Director
Janice Holifield has served as our beloved Preschool Director for 17 wonderful years, bringing a wealth of experience and genuine passion to her leadership of Balmoral Baptist Preschool.
With her warm heart and dedication to excellence, Janice takes great joy in interacting with the children daily, watching them grow and flourish in our faith-based environment. She loves giving tours of our amazing center to prospective families, sharing the special atmosphere we've created where Christian values and quality education come together.
Janice's vision and commitment have helped make Balmoral a truly wonderful place where both children and parents feel welcomed, valued, and excited to be part of our preschool family, and her years of experience ensure that every child receives the nurturing care and educational foundation they deserve.
Faye McCollugh
Assistant Director
Faye McCollugh has been a treasured member of the Balmoral Baptist Preschool family for an incredible 30 years, bringing three decades of wisdom, experience, and unwavering dedication to her role as Assistant Director.
Her greatest joy comes from watching the precious children in our care grow and develop from infants all the way through their four-year-old milestones, witnessing firsthand the amazing transformations that happen during these foundational years.
Faye has a special gift for building meaningful relationships with parents, and she loves nothing more than sharing the exciting moments, developmental progress, and daily joys of their children's preschool journey.
Her extensive experience and genuine heart for families have made her an invaluable resource for parents seeking guidance, and her deep commitment to our Christian mission ensures that every child feels loved and nurtured under her caring watch.
Cheryl Hill
Administrative Assistant
Cheryl Hill brings enthusiasm and versatility to her dual role as Administrative Assistant and Pre-K Four Year Old Teacher, having found her perfect home at Balmoral Baptist Preschool over the past 5 years.
With genuine excitement, Cheryl shares that Balmoral is truly an excellent place to work, where her passion for early childhood education and administrative excellence come together beautifully. She finds great joy in the daily interactions that make her role so rewarding – engaging with parents as they entrust their precious children to our care, nurturing and teaching her Pre-K students as they prepare for their next educational adventure, and collaborating with her fellow team members who share her commitment to Christian values and quality education.
